Top 5 FAQs
How does the new live timing sync feature work?
Depending on the broadcaster or other video source, you currently might be experiencing a delay in your live timing of approximately 20 to 40 seconds.
You can now manually pause the live timing so that whatever video source you use gets aligned. For the time being, this option is only available on our website (from your computer or mobile device):
ACTIVATION
- Press SYNC OFF → the TimingPass pop-up box appears.
- Click Pause to stop the timer.
- Watch the live video and press Play manually when both times match.
- If you make a mistake, press Reset to return to live streaming.
- Close the window. The button changes to SYNC ON and confirms that the delay is being applied.
- Enjoy your perfectly aligned second screen.
SPRINT & RACES
- Use the race start from your video source as a reference point - either the lights going out or the riders’ movement.
- Alternatively, the moment a visible rider crosses the start/finish line in the live video can also be used as a reference, or when the number showing the pending laps changes.
PRACTICES & QUALIFYING
- From your video source, reference the time remaining until the end of the session.
If the stream freezes, first check if it's still syncing. If not, open the pop-up window and reset sync.
I have a VideoPass but I cannot access the videos, can you help me?
First of all, please make sure you are accessing with the correct credentials (email and password). If you are already doing it, we recommend you close your session and start it again.
If you are using one of our official apps, please try deleting it and installing it again.
Please, also check that your current subscription appears in the Subscriptions section, in My Account.
Another possibility is that you may have created another account at motogp.com with a different email at some point, and the VideoPass is linked to it.
In case you have used the "Continue with Apple" option for registration or login, Apple may have created a new private email to hide your real email, and with it, a new account for motogp.com will have been created linked to your VideoPass.
In this case, we invite you to check for a confirmation message from Apple with your new private Apple email, with the domain “@privaterelay.appleid.com” and try to access your motogp.com account using this email.
I have a login issue, can you help me?
First of all, please make sure you are using the correct credentials (email and password).
You can change your password using the option Forgot your password?. You will just need to enter your email and you will receive an email to establish a new one.
The password must have a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and one of the following special characters: !@#$%^&.
In addition, we suggest that you adjust your current email provider settings, such as spam filters, safe list, spam to spam folder, etc., to accept emails from our non-spam address no-reply@dorna.com.
In case the login issue occurs with one of our official TV apps, we also suggest that, after completing the username, click on "Next" to enter your password, instead of clicking on the fields directly with the cursor.
Can I watch videos using multiple devices?
Yes, access from different devices is allowed as long as you are connecting from the same IP (internet connection point).
Therefore, according to the MotoGP™ VideoPass Purchase Policy, we remind you that your account details cannot be shared.
Is there a spoiler-free option?
Yes, our website’s VIDEOPASS section now displays all its content as “no-spoiler”, both in the titles and preview images.
In our official apps for iOS and Android devices, you can also set the VIDEOS section as your default page to access always without spoilers.
