No lap times set due to track conditions

Only a handful of Moto3™ riders left pitlane in a damp start to the opening session of the weekend at Portimao

It was a damp start to the opening Moto3™ session of the Grande Premio Tissot de Portugal, with no lap times set. A few riders did take to take the Portimao circuit with David Muñoz being the first rider to test the conditions. Taiyo Furusato (Honda Team Asia), Riccardo Rossi (CIP Green Power), and MLav Racing’s Scott Ogden and Josh Whatley also tested the conditions. However, the session was red-flagged due to track conditions with over 12 minutes left on the clock and would not be restarted.

Moto3™ will return to track action at 13:15 local time (GMT) for P1, so make sure you keep up to date with all the action on motogp.com!
