Cormac Buchanan made his mark in the world of motorcycle racing at a young age, initially racing in Motocross and Speedway before eventually switching to tarmac racing and progressing through the ranks in New Zealand. Buchanan continued to add to his envious CV before he was selected for the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup in 2021, alongside a successful campaign in the British Talent Cup, where the #14 would take three podiums. This successful season saw the New Zealand rider secure a ride in the JuniorGP™ paddock, racing in the European Talent Cup and the JuniorGP™ Championship in 2022. He would continue in the JuniorGP™ category for a further two seasons, securing three podiums in the process. This success caught the attention of BOE Motorsports, who have signed Buchanan for the 2025 Moto3™ World Championship.
