Former FIM CEV Repsol Moto3™ title challenger Jorge Navarro moved up to full time Grand Grix racing halfway through 2014 when he stepped into the Marc VDS Team, before, in 2015, he was signed by Estrella Galicia 0,0 to ride alongside fellow CEV graduate and former title rival Fabio Quartararo. Navarro made steady progress through the year and ended as Rookie of the Year with four podium finishes and a pole, before taking his first win in 2016 as a title challenger. For 2017 he graduated to Moto2™ with Federal Oil Gresini Moto2™ and took some solid results despite some injury struggles, and he secured more positive results in 2018 - taking six top ten finishes. A new chapter at Speed Up Racing faced Navarro in 2019, and that maiden intermediate class podium came at the Americas GP. It was a classy season for Navarro as he went onto amass eight rostrums, finishing P2 four times. Staying with Speed Up in 2020, it proved a challenging year for the Spaniard, finishing less than half of the races, he failed to register a single podium finish. He continued with Speed Up for 2021, where Navarro ended the campaign in 9th. A switch to Flexbox HP40 came in 2022, and having claimed 14th in the Championship, a jump to WorldSSP came about for 2023. Podiums in 2023 and 2024 in a new paddock were noted as impressive from Navarro, and after a more than mega P2 finish at the 2024 Malaysian GP when filling in at American Racing in Moto2, Navarro returns to full-time Moto2 competition for 2025 with Klint Forward Factory Team - an outfit he knows well following six races together in 2024.
