Scott Redding became the youngest GP winner ever in 2008 when he won the 125 GP class on home turf, also garnering the accolade of Rookie of the Year. A strong challenger in Moto2™ with multiple podium finishes, Redding was a key title contender in the class during 2013 – just missing out on the crown after a season cut short by injury. Moving up to MotoGP™ for 2014, Redding had a solid rookie year with the Gresini Team before signing to the new Marc VDS Racing GP project. Taking his first premier class podium in Misano in 2015, the Brit moved to Octo Pramac Racing for 2016 and took another rostrum at the TT Circuit Assen, this time on a Ducati. After two years with Octo Pramac Racing, Redding will switch in 2018 to ride the RS-GP with Aprilia Racing Team Gresini.
