The MotoGP™ stewards have issued Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing) an official warning following Sunday's race at the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya.
The Spaniard picked up 2nd place at this home Grand Prix but was found to be running tyre pressures lower than the parameters which MotoGP™'s official technical partner Michelin recommends.
As this was the first offense for this season for the Catalan and his Aprilia team, the FIM MotoGP™ Stewards panel were only inclined to issue an Official Warning.
