David Salvador started his career in Spain before reaching the European Talent Cup in 2018, where he finished third thanks to four podiums during his debut campaign. The following season was spent between the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup, where he achieved three top three finishes -including a win- and the FIM CEV Repsol in Moto3™. Despite not being a very successful first experience, Salvador showcased plenty of promise in the category over the following two seasons. He made four top three appearances and finished fifth overall in his third season. In 2020, in the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup, he finished 6th and for 2021 Rivacold Snipers chose him as a replacement for two races in the lightweight World Championship class. Salvador has earned a full time ride for 2022, but had to drop out before the season started, however, he still made five appearances throughout the campaign. 2023 sees the young Spaniard finally line up on the grid full time with CIP Green Power.
