Seville-born Jose Antonio Rueda made his full debut in the European Talent Cup in 2018, and immediately he made an impression. One win and three other podiums saw Rueda finish P4 in the overall standings riding for Talent Team Estrella Galicia 0,0, while in 2019, he finished P4 again in the same team behind Ivan Guevara, Ivan Ortola and Fermin Aldeguer. After two impressive seasons, A move up to the now named JuniorGP™ World Champion came with Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 in 2020, but it wasn’t until 2021 where we saw Rueda pick up his first podiums. Then 2022 rolled around, a year that would be very special for Rueda. The number 99 won five JuniorGP™ races and finished off the podium just three times to claim the title by 76 points, while in the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup, Rueda fended off Collin Veijer to see him become a double Champion. Rueda took the big leap into the Moto3™ World Championship with the Red Bull KTM Ajo team, his debut campaign went generally well as the young Spaniard finished ninth overall, even securing a podium in Catalonia. Now familiar with the category, rider #99 will be one to watch in 2024.
